Intro to Trampoline and Tumbling

Intro to Trampoline and Tumbling is all about little ones ages 3-4, focused on motor skill development and basic rolls and bounces.  Must be potty trained. 

Trampoline and Tumbling

Classes are co-ed for ages 5-6, and 7 and up and consist of learning trampoline, tumbling, and double-mini skills. 

Participants will learn basic tumbling, trampoline, and double mini skills including positions, drills, bounces, rolls, and basic support skills (cartwheels, handstands). They will also learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping technique, and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills. Flexibility, strength, and coordination are also developed for higher level learning.

Tumbling Only

This class is designed for gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers who want to focus on tumbling skills. Athletes will work on handsprings, aerials, tucks, and twists. Co-ed ages 8-12 and teen/adult classes available.

Trampoline for skiers and snowboarders

Work on aerial awareness twisting and off axis flipping skills in this class for those who want to increase their ski and snowboard skills. Co-ed ages 10 and up. 

Intermediate Trampoline and Tumbling

Athletes will progress to more advanced tumbling, trampoline and double mini skills including basic bounces, handstands, and cartwheels building up to beginning flipping and handsprings.  This is an invite only co-ed class for ages 8 and up. Please contact us for an evaluation. 


Our competitive athletes practice 3-4 days a week working to put together routines on each event.  These athletes compete in 4-7 competitions each year.  Team is invite only.  Please contact us if interested.
